The Notification Broadcast Module enables administrators to send announcements and alerts to targeted user groups across the CivicEdge platform.
Broadcasts are used to communicate important civic updates, emergency notices, event announcements, system messages, and participation calls to citizens, solvers, and volunteers.
This module supports role-based, zone-based, and system-wide notifications with optional scheduling.
